How often should I schedule roof maintenance for my home?

Roof maintenance should be scheduled at least once a year, with spring and fall visits providing the best protection. Weather exposure is the most common cause of roof wear, and regular inspections catch small issues early before they become leaks. Our inspections include a written report on current condition, remaining life, suggested fixes, and estimated repair costs. Many homeowners we serve in the Richmond area opt into our maintenance membership for biannual checkups and priority service during storm season.

Schedule extra visits when these apply:

• After any major storm or rain that lasts more than 3 days.
• During spring (March–April) and fall (September–October) if you’re in the Overhead Care Club.
• Before buying or selling a home.
