How much does roof maintenance typically cost per square foot?

Roof maintenance isn’t priced per square foot with us. We price it as a maintenance plan or membership. Our Residential Maintenance Program is about $200–$300 per year. Our Overhead Care Club membership is $14.95 per month. A technician will confirm any needed repair costs after a 22 Point Roof Inspection and written report. In Houston, Pasadena, and Katy, members also get priority service during storm season and, per our coupon, 15% off repairs.
