How much does a roof maintenance program typically cost?
Most homeowners pay about $200–$300 per year for our Residential Roof Maintenance program. Members get spring and fall inspections, priority service during storm season, detailed reports, and 15% off repairs. If you prefer monthly, our Overhead Care Club is $14.95/month and includes a 22‑point roof checkup, debris removal, and a reduced $19.95 diagnostic fee. Service is available across Greater Houston, including Katy and Sugar Land.
